How to Configure SLA?

To Configure SLA we have two ways

1. Advance Settings

2. Advance Find

 

Advance Settings:

Click on Gear icon in Blue ribbon bar and select advance setting

Settings > Business area > Service management




 

Inside settings it have Business Area , so in business area it have Service management.

Now click on Service Management.



Then service management page will open, in service management page it have Service terms section

Inside that we have Service level agreement click on it and create Service level agreement.

 


Advance Find:

Now Click on advance find symbol after opening advance settings.

 


Then type SLA in lookfor and click on result button.

 

If any SLA’s are create before you can see there or else you have New SLA button to create SLA click on it and create.
